About VAWA Fraud Support
Our mission, our values, and our commitment to you
Our Story
VAWA Fraud Support was founded to fill a critical gap: there are few places where survivors of marriage fraud can turn for compassionate, knowledgeable, and confidential support. Many individuals find themselves trapped in abusive marriages, uncertain of their legal rights, and afraid of deportation if they leave.
We believe that no one should have to choose between staying in an abusive situation and losing their immigration status. The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) provides a path to safety — but navigating the process can feel overwhelming without the right guidance.
Our organization brings together professionals with expertise in immigration law, domestic violence advocacy, and social work to provide comprehensive support to survivors.
Our Mission
To provide compassionate, confidential, and accurate information and support to survivors of marriage fraud, empowering them to understand their legal rights, navigate the VAWA self-petition process, and find the resources they need to build a safe and independent future.
Our Values

We understand that reaching out for help takes tremendous courage. Every interaction is grounded in empathy, respect, and trauma-informed practice.
